Shipping, Refund, and Exchange Policy
1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Egypt): Delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on the governorate.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary (7–21 business days) depending on customs and courier delays.
Shipping Fees: Displayed at checkout and calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Terms
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.
The Company is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.
3. Refund Policy
No Refunds: All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept this “No Refund” policy.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery only in cases where:
The product is defective or damaged on arrival.
The wrong item was sent.
Conditions for Exchange:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with the receipt/invoice.
Exchange requests must be initiated by contacting us via email or phone before shipping the item back.
Customers bear return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to Company error (wrong or defective item).
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
Personalized, customized, or clearance items cannot be exchanged unless defective.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for exchange.
